These Terms & Conditions govern use of presidiostorage.net and the website tools provided by Presidio Storage (“Presidio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them before using the site. By using the website, you agree to follow these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
A storage rental or property partnership requires its own written agreement. These website terms do not establish a rental, reserve a unit, or change an existing storage or owner agreement.
Using the website
The website is intended for adults with legal capacity to enter into agreements. If you act for an owner, management company, or another organization, you must have authority to provide its information and make the relevant request. Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information.
Information and estimates
Descriptions, conceptual layouts, potential unit counts, and income illustrations explain our storage model. They are preliminary and depend on the building, available space, project scope, actual occupancy, pricing, and agreed terms. They do not guarantee rent, occupancy, income, profitability, project approval, or completion dates.
Owner revenue-share percentages are flexible and are established in the agreement for each property. Website illustrations do not create a fixed revenue share or a binding offer. Confirm current details directly with Presidio before making decisions.
Property inquiries
The property-evaluation form prepares an email in your email app for you to review and send. It does not automatically submit a request to our website database. You are responsible for sending the email and for having permission to share the property and contact information you include.
An inquiry, evaluation, or discussion does not create a partnership, rental, or commitment to perform work. The final scope, pricing, responsibilities, and next steps must be agreed separately. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, or full payment-card or bank-account details through the inquiry form or ordinary email.
Storage and owner agreements
Presidio’s storage program is intended for residents of the participating host apartment building. Eligibility and unit availability must be confirmed before a rental begins.
Rent, payment timing, any fees or deposits, lease duration, renewals, termination, access, permitted contents, insurance, and other rental responsibilities are governed by the applicable written storage agreement and law. Project work, operating responsibilities, and owner distributions are governed by the applicable written property agreement.
If these website terms conflict with a signed storage or property agreement about that arrangement, the signed agreement controls, subject to applicable law. Nothing on this page removes mandatory consumer or storage-occupant rights.
Accounts and digital tools
Access to the internal operations workspace is limited to authorized administrators using the designated sign-in service. Protect your sign-in account, do not share access, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Only access records and perform actions you are permitted to handle.
The current workspace maintains unit, tenant, lease, and manual payment records. Owner and tenant self-service portals, automatic online payments, and electronic lease signing are planned and are not currently active. Relevant service terms and any payment or signing authorizations will be presented when those features become available. A website visit or cookie preference does not authorize automatic charges.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website or its tools to:
- Submit fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized personal information.
- Attempt to bypass sign-in or access another person’s records without authorization.
- Introduce malware, send abusive or unsolicited messages, or interfere with service operation.
- Copy or use website content in a way that infringes another party’s rights.
We may restrict website or workspace access to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements. Such restrictions do not themselves change the rights or obligations under a separate rental or property agreement.
Content and brand rights
Website text, designs, logos, and other materials belong to Presidio or their respective rights holders. You may view and retain copies for personal use or to evaluate a potential business relationship with us. Other reproduction, republication, distribution, or use of our branding requires permission unless applicable law allows it.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Necessary cookies and similar technologies support sign-in, security, and remembering your cookie preference. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are not currently used by Presidio.
You can review your preference through . Saving a cookie preference is separate from agreeing to a storage rental, a property partnership, or a payment authorization. External services have their own terms and privacy notices for the services they provide.
Availability and your rights
We aim to keep the website accurate and useful, but content may contain errors or become outdated, and service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted website access. Tell us about an error or access issue so we can investigate it.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or changes the protections in a signed storage agreement.
Updates and governing law
We may update these website terms as services change and will publish the revised terms with an updated date. Material changes will receive additional notice or agreement where required by law. Updates do not automatically amend an existing signed rental or property agreement.
New York law governs these website terms, except where applicable mandatory law provides otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. You may contact us to try to resolve a concern; doing so does not waive any legal remedy.
